Writing Mood: 6/10

"I am living like a kid now... and I do get content with just little things in life. At least it makes me happy... so why not? :) "

So what about you? :)

I don't know why I'm in a good mood today? Anyway it is a good thing... So why not? :D Or rather is it me cravings for Mc spicy and I really had it for my dinner? Perhaps??

I am happy... are you?

It means...
"A person's happiness is not measured by one's gain, but for the generousity"

ps: with the help of translate from friend :)

I felt that my life is kind of messed up when I've continuously overslept and missed lesson. As I tends to rush myself... whether is it to be on time for lesson or to check for the missed lesson and important notes from lecturer.

I've realized I've been sleeping too much... it's like almost 12 hours everyday! :D

Every Wednesday is just like a free/relax day??
Although tomorrow there's a quiz going on but the rest of the period is like Facebook time! :D Followed by a short lecture with lots of mini videos to watch and NE!

ps: NE = National Education Trip

If I'm not wrong tomorrow we are heading to Singapore Discovery Centre?
WEEEEEEE.... :D

Sick :(

Writing Mood: 4/10

I'm feeling so sick yesterday :'(

My lesson suppose to end at 12pm but I got an extra makeup lesson at 1pm due to the public holiday that falls on next friday, 27 November.

It's my birthday anyway!
weeeeee.... ;D

Yesterday, when the lesson is conducting half way, my stomach suddenly hurts. The pain is killing me badly :( I totally cannot concentrate in class... All the while I'm holding on to my stomach tightly hoping that I can ease the pain but it is still unbearable! When the lecturer is teaching, my mind is thinking of taking a cab home! LOL~

Once the lesson ends, I rush home immediately and slept all the way till 9pm to have my dinner before I fall back to sleep again. This time round I woke up at 11am and missed my morning lesson which is suppose to start at 9am.

Can you imagine I slept a total of 19hours??
It's like... Oh my god!!

Anyway, I still manage to go to school that day to attend my last lesson which lasted for 2 hours :)

And I guess I'm having headache real soon!
My head is feeling so heavy now... :(

Writing Mood: 6/10

Went to Marina Boulevard today for the UWEEI Scholarship and Bursary Awards 2009. I'm required to register at 1pm and to be seated by 2pm.

The ceremony only starts after the arrival of the guest-of-honour, Madam Hailmah Yacoh. There were speech going on for around 20minutes? Awarded recipients included students from primary, secondary, ITE, Polytechnic and University.

I was awarded of 500bucks :D

After the ceremony ended, we headed to the washroom before heading to refreshment corner.

We didn't manage to try out different varieties of food as most of the tray were already empty.

The food was surprisingly way better than I thought.

I like the satays! ;D
They were much more tastier than the ones sold outside.

Writing Mood: 4/10 (sleepy)

Months back when I'm still under attachment, I got to follow up on a event and it is Woman Leaders Network. It's a big event which involves people from different countries, different company and status.

On the details, I'll update more again. HEE! :)

For me... I'm working under the online and on site registration.
Below is a group photo of everyone that helped up in the event :D

3 colleagues of mine :D

The one on the left is my partner who works the same as me. As for the other 2, they are working on different registration :)

It's a long day at work and I'm totally exhausted due to events. The events starts on Sunday and from the last Wednesday I've been working overtime for extra 3hours, after the following day I'm working for about 16hours the next 2 days. I'm working like a zombie after working for 8hours in the office. Even on Saturday, I still had to go for event training which last for 4 hours.

Saturday and Sunday which is supposing-ly to be a weekend holiday for me but due to events, I had no choice but to continue to work... Sunday is when the event starts and it last for 3 days, I'm working for 10hours each day.

The next day after the ends of Women Leaders Network, I got to return back to office for work because the day after there is another event going on and it last for 3 days too! -.-

Totally exhausted... really!
Imagine working straight for 2 weeks without a single break and I've been continuously working overtime for 8hours the most! I'm totally like a zombie that 2 weeks!

After the end of Women Leaders Network, I went to Thai Express with E for dinner! :D

We ordered Yellow Curry chicken with potato to have a try~
Still, I prefer our Curry Chicken instead of thai's curry! :D

We ordered Soft shell crab too! :D

and a Tom Yam Soup to end the meal :)

Writing Mood: 5/10

Met up with Ee at Vivo City ;D

That's because I had to make a trip down to Keppel Bay Tower to send my camera for service and Ee wanted to watch The time traveller's wife.

I totally had no idea what's happening to my camera.
Whenever I on the power of the camera, I only saw the black screen instead of showing the image captured from the camera lense. After I pressed the "Capture image" button, my camera is back to normal...

Before sending my camera for service, we were at the toilet taking photos! ;D

I had no idea why my face turned out to be so yellowish. -.-

All of sudden, I don't know why the photo turned out to be so dull... it's as if we are taking photos in the night. -.-

So I test my camera by taking photo of the background and it turned out to be like this! -.-

There are times.. my camera condition is fine :)

Before leaving, we took our individual photo. ;D

And that's me! ;D
I think i look kind of stiff?

This is much more natural...

We were soo hungry by then...
I wanted to have Subway for lunch but Ee don't want... :(
She insists on going Super Dog because of the chicken burger.
Since I have never dined at Super Dog before...
so I'm willing to give it a try! ;D

We both order chicken burger meal.
And that's the Chili beef fries ;D

While eating, R came to join us by watching us eat cause he wasn't hungry. Seriously... I don't really like the food and I still prefer Subway alot more! haha ;D

After the meal, we went to purchase the movie tickets and we headed to the Keppel Bay Tower to send my camera for service.

And we watch The Time Travelers Wife ;D

As a book,
The Time Traveler's Wife
charmed millions with its tale of doomed love,

but the fantastical premise will make the movie a challenge for some viewers to follow. Eric Bana stars as Henry, a research librarian who suffers from a genetic disorder that makes him disappear suddenly, and then reappear at some other point in time. This makes maintaining his marriage to artist Clare (Rachel McAdams) really emotionally difficult for the both of them.

For example, Henry first meets Clare at a library when they are in their twenties, but Clare sees Henry initially when she is 6 and he is 38 because that's the age Harry is when he first travels to that time in the past. Although the adult couple are happy when they're together, Clare often grows despondent because she never knows when Henry will disappear, or for how long. Eventually, hints of Henry's death begin to appear, forcing the couple to appreciate every second they have together.

While that may sound like a confounding setup, the movie has the smarts to not worry about plausibility. No, instead of encouraging you to think about what's happening, director Robert Schwentke wants you to feel -- deeply and profoundly -- every fleeting moment of happiness the doomed couple can share before their imminent demise. The problem is that there aren't enough of them. Between debating about having a child, fighting over his constant disappearances, and trying to figure out why they saw an older version of Harry naked and bleeding on the floor, we're left with so few moments of domestic bliss that it becomes hard to believe Clare isn't certifiably crazy for staying with him. But after all, who said love, or a three-hanky tearjerker, has to be sane?

The Time Traveler's Wife shares something with another time-bending romance, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Both movies offer a fatalistic viewpoint toward relationships -- they want to make it clear that because death is unavoidable, you need to love as strongly as you can and for as long as possible. But where Fincher's film explored this idea at a nearly philosophical level, Schwentke and his crew go exclusively for the gut. The result is a film so single-minded in its attempt to wring tears that it's easy to dismiss, but so effective in its execution that it's hard to deny it achieves its very simple goals.

Here's the trailer... do enjoy! ;D

After movie, We went to Haagen Dazs for ice-cream! ;D

because we got a voucher!
All thanks to Ee's mum. ;D

We ordered a total of 3 different scope of ice-cream namely green tea, raspberry and chocolate chips!
I love green tea ice-cream~ ;D

We ordered crushed chocolate cookies and 2 different syrups too! ;D

After Haagen Dazs, we went to Plaza Singapura for Youtiao and Douhua! ;D

Ajisen Ramen

Writing Mood: 5/10

Months back... I had Ajisen Ramen for dinner :)

I was super hungry and in the end I had my orders within a minute.
At that time... there were only a couple seen in the whole restaurant.
The aircon in the restaurant was blowing strong at me, I was feeling cold and hungry~

After the long waiting... finally the dish was served! ;D
The side dish; Cali Maki

Fried fish?

Another fried fish?? o.O?

Elgin ordered this.
The octopus was soooo small compared to the photo taken on the menu!

Look at the size of the chopped spring onion, it is much more bigger than the octopus! -.-

And I ordered this! ;D

The shells are alot more than the meat. -.-
